Michelle Randolph is crossing over from starring roles in “Landman” and the “Yellowstone” prequel “1923” for a role in “Scream 7″…
The cast for “Scream 7” is getting even bigger.
The latest addition is Michelle Randolph — who is best known for her appearances in two different series created by Taylor Sheridan after starring roles in the “Yellowstone” prequel “1923” and “Landman” — and now she’s crossing over to her first major feature film since landing those parts.
There’s no word on the role Randolph is playing but she’s joining an ensemble cast that includes plenty of familiar faces from the past and quite a few new ones joining the latest sequel in the iconic horror franchise.
Also joining Randolph in “Scream 7” is Jimmy Tatro, who received critical acclaim for his work in the TV series “American Vandal” and he also appeared in films such as “The Wolf of Snow Hollow” (a favorite here at Rewind of the Living Dead).
The “Scream 7” cast also includes the return of Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott after she sat out “Scream 6” over a salary dispute with the studio. In addition to Campbell, the new “Scream” movie also features Courteney Cox, Jasmin Savoy-Brown and Mason Gooding reprising their roles from previous films while new additions include Isabel May playing Sidney’s daughter, as well as Anna Camp, Mark Consuelos, Ethan Embry, Asa Germann, Mckenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor, and Sam Rechner all joining the film as first timers.
There are also a couple of actors returning to the “Scream” franchise after dying in past installments including David Arquette coming back as Dewey Riley, Matthew Lillard as Stu Macher and Scott Foley as Roman Bridger.
Details on the plot for “Scream 7” are under wraps but the film is being directed by original series screenwriter Kevin Williamson with Guy Busick penning the script after he also wrote “Scream 5” and “Scream 6.”
Production on “Scream 7′ is already underway with the film set for release on February 27, 2026.
