The first full length trailer for “Final Destination Bloodlines” has arrived with tons of new plot details for this latest installment in the “Final Destination” franchise and the first sequel since “Final Destination 5” in 2011.
The newest film in the series brings a lot of star power on the creative side with the original story for this sequel coming from “Spider-Man: No Way Home” director Jon Watt as well as “Scream 5” and “Scream 6” screenwriter Guy Busick. The film is directed by Adam Stein & Zach Lipovsky.
Here’s the official synopsis for “Final Destination Bloodlines”:
“Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.”
Based on the first trailer, it doesn’t appear that “Final Destination Bloodlines” ties back to any of the other films in the series but we already know that the late, great Tony Todd is returning as William Bludworth, which is the final film role of his legendary career.
